Η Κλεοπάτρα Μπαλάτσα (Κλαίρη) γεννήθηκε στην Πάτρα το 1984. Είναι κάτοικος Πατρών και διαμένει στην περιοχή της Αρόης. Έχει αποκτήσει ένα παιδί, τον Αριστοτέλη ο οποίος είναι 10 χρόνων. Είναι απόφοιτος του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο τμήμα Κοινωνικής Θεολογίας και τελειόφοιτος του ΙΕΚ Πατρών στο τμήμα αισθητικής άκρων και ποσολογίας και εργάζεται πάνω στο κομμάτι αυτό ως ποδολόγος εδώ και δώδεκα χρόνια.
